In this particular photo....go back to LR and and simply change the white balance ...try it with "auto" first. I downloaded your photo and it certainly made the photo look 100% better !! Don't know how to attach it to this reply ...but try it !!!!
Had a similar issues with real estate photos. Only differences were that I do have copyright sign (C) next to my logo on the photo and these real estate companies used the photos on their website to promote their business in one case and to sell a home in the other . I sent a letter to the companies using my photo, informed them that they did not have the rights to use. use photo (especially for commercial use) without my permission. In each case I offered them the opportunity to purchase the photo from me for a none exclusive and a limited use. In one case they purchased the photo and in the other they removed it from their website . I have been told that I did NOT have to register to have copyright protection !!

anyone have any experience with NIK plugins working together with Photoshop CC and/or Lightroom AND together with the new Yosemite ??
That website is out of date as far as NIK is concerned -- it says that the plugins aren't compatible with OS Mavericks ---which it is-- but thanks anyway !!
You are correct --- it's OS
Has anyone used NIK plugins in photoshop CC with Yosemite? NIK website doesn't show it is or is not compatible ???
Are you using with the new Mac iOS Yosemite? Or other operating system
Have you tried it with photoshop cs6 or CC ?
Question really is whether NIK is compatible with the new iOS Yosemite?

Has anyone tested the compatibility of NIK plugins with both Photoshop CC or Adobe Lightroom ?
