Has anyone tested the compatibility of NIK plugins with both Photoshop CC or Adobe Lightroom ?

Hi, David! Welcome to the forum! I don't use Lightroom myself, but NIK works fine with Photoshop and the CC.

Check the NIK website/forum. I recall reading some FAQ installation notes on the fruit company's (grin!) latest gift to Adobe's version of computer land.

It works, but you have to do something.

Question really is whether NIK is compatible with the new iOS Yosemite?

I also do not use light room, so can not comment on the operation ,BUT, I do have the complete collection of NIK and have used everyone with PS CC and have never had a problem,{except I tried stacking to many photos for an HDR conversion, the problem turned out to be my laptop!!
turns out 3 years old is old!!!!!}

David, another thread may have an answer for your question:

lR and Nik appear to be working okay with the new Mac OS.

My finding, too: "NIK works fine with Photoshop and the CC."

I am using the entire suite with Yosemite and LR/PS cloud. Have encountered no real problems. Using the plugin with RAW files does seem to slow down my 8 GB MacBook Pro a little.

I hate to be picky, but you've referred to Yosemite, Apple's newest operating system for its desktop computers as "iOS Yosemite."

That's WRONG. Yosmite is OS X 10.10. "iOS" refers to Apple's operating system for its iPads and iPhones. Current version is iOS 8.1.

As to whether an application is compatible with Yosemite, you can go to:

http://roaringapps.com/apps?index=m

and there, you'll find a searchable database of hundreds of apps and whether they're compatible with Yosemite (or any of its recent predecessors.)
