I totally agree with this recommendation. For several years I have taught a college class using whatever the current version of this book is out. It is very detailed and you can download the files to do the lessons in the book. Each lesson also includes a graphic of the end results of each project so you can compare the layers and see what you did right or what you missed.
And Thanks to all Veterans who have served our Nation and the world!
We were just there a few weeks ago. BEWARE! It was... (
WOW, Sabfish! Thanks for the warning! I will be extra careful and will share that info with the friends I'm traveling with. Sometimes I just feel so naïve! This summer I was in Yellowstone NP. Seems that people were very helpful and in a rather helpful mode. I forget that some people in almost all parts of the world function very differently and think others "stuff" is there for the taking if they can figure out how to get it.
You are in for a treat. Plitvice National Park def... (
Thanks! The photos I have seen are amazing and don't seem real. I want to capture EVERYTHING! BUT also realize the walkway does not have a rail. :) Hoping Autumn foliage will have started that that will add to the beauty!
Thanks! I'll see if we will be in the area. Sounds very interesting.
Planning a trip soon to Croatia... a new destination for me. On the list is an outing to Plitvice National Park. I understand it has several lakes and MANY waterfalls. Has anyone visited there? Any advice on must "capture" locations in Croatia and/or in the Park?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Sorry! That was my best guess! And the mystery continues.....
What format are you saving the file in after PS? Your printer may not recognize pdf files. I agree it is best not to save edits back to the memory card, but you might see if saving edits as jpg format will help you print.
Thanks for the warning.... Sounds like it might be too light weight.
Looks like a great option. Thanks!
Thanks, Lenny. I will check it out.
Greetings! I have been a long time lurker! And now 1st time poster!
I will have a wonderful opportunity in a few months to visit China. I have an Olympus E-620 and 2 or 3 lenses I will travel with. I want a tripod that will not cost more than $200.00 and will be sturdy and fit in a rolling backpack.
Do you have any suggestions? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated (except any trashing of my Olympus camera)! :XD: :XD:
Also, I will be mainly around Shanghi and Beijing. Any suggestions on photo ops that should be included?
