It's in the original posting. You can make me an offer, but please do it soon as I am getting ready to go to Adorama about using it as a trade.
I bought it for the background blur.
They are not made in large numbers and besides, I'm selling this one because I have no use for it now.
I bought this lens 4-5 years ago from Adorama and used it for one job. I personal injury kept me out of work and when I got back I switched jobs. It has sat in storage since then. It is a excellent lens and is in "like new" condition. It is a gray market lens. I had tried to buy a US version but they didn't have one. It is a rare limited production lens. Comparatively few are made each year and Nikon may stop production all together. I'm asking $850.00 for it and I will pay shipping inside the continental US.
You might want to try some recovery software after you have safely backed up the images that you have.
Are you looking for flash, ambient, or both?
Should be good. I had one go through the laundry and it still worked after a good drying out.
Check your cap lock key. If all else fails you can reinstall.
On my last trip to Ireland I brought along a D7100 with the 18-200 and the 12-24. That covered everything I needed.
The problem with Kodachrome is that the colors were added to the film in processing. That's why it can be processed as black and white.
No problem. Shot portraits for 45 years in all kinds of different styles.
Turn her a few more inches toward the camera, chin down slightly, head tipped away from the forward shoulder and try to show more of the whites of her eyes on both sides of the pupils. That would give you a more classical portrait if that's what you want. But the good thing about portraits is, if you are doing it to please you, you can break the rules.
I have the X-T1 and it does go black for a split second. I never noticed it before, but it reminds me of the blackout when the mirror goes up on SLRs.
