Thanks for all the replies, I'm leaning towards taking my 7d with a sigma 18-250 lens
I am heading to Hawaii in Dec. For a 7 day cruise around the islands and a few days on the big island, I'm not sure I want to carry my canon 7d and lenses. I am
Worried about the beaches and sand. I am considering buying a point and shoot, does anyone have suggestions on what to buy. I would be taking pictures of
People and landscapes and would like to stay under 500.00.
It's jerks like you that make me want to unsubscribe to this site. Some of us enjoy seeing other people's pictures. If it bothers you so much don't read it.
My camera with lens and hood attached measures 17 in will it fit in this bag? Canon 7D with a sigma 150-600.
I've recently upgraded my camera from a T3I to the 70D and now want a new lens. I currently use a Tamron 70-300 and am looking for more range. I shoot mainly birds, wildlife and nature. I am looking at the Canon 400mm, Canon 100-400, and the Tamron 150-600. I have read thousands of reviews and am now more undecided than ever. They all are around the same cost, but I want clarity that I can enlarge for wall prints. Has anyone shot with all three, and which one would you buy?
I have a Tamron 70-200 2.8, and a Sigma 18-250 3.5-6.3. I'm leaning towards the 70D, and the canon 400/5.6L USM.
Thanks everyone for all the information. I see I have a lot of research and soul searching to do. I have used the T3I for about 5 years and I am excited about my new purchase. Now its decision time. What are your thoughts about buying on e-bay?
I looked at both the 70D and the 7D they seem to be quite similar. I don't do any video, so which one would be better for birding. I'm kind of leaning towards the 70D.
I'd love to upgrade both the lens and camera but I can only do one and have been told the T3I with good glass should be able to get good clear crisp pics.
I shot with a Canon T3I and shot mostly birds and birds in flight. I also do landscape, sunrise, sunsets and wildlife. Mainly all outdoor photography. I am looking at a Sigma 150-500 and a Canon EF400mm lens. Has anyone shot with both and if you could have just one which one would you pick.
After further research the lens for 500 less is used and maybe not in the best shape.
I am now looking at the canon 400mm F/5.6 L usm lens. What are your thoughts on this. Has anyone bought from Adorama camera and what was your experience like. They have the lens for 500.00 less than Canon
First, thanks for all the imput on my camera upgrade. I am looking at the 7d markII. My lens line up are canon 18-55, canon 55-250, sigma 18-250, tamron 70-300, tamron 90mm macro, and a tamron 70-200 1:2.8. This is why I would like to stay with a camera body that uses the lenses that I have.
I have a canon T3I and several EF-S lenses and would like to upgrade my camera body. My grand daughter is interested in photography and I would like to let her use the T3I. I love to photograph birds, wildlife, landscapes, sunrises and sunsets. Pretty much all outdoor nature photography. Any suggestions on what camera body to go with using the same set of lenses I already have?
