Who approves the bills being signed. Who actually spends the money.

If the president signs a bill, he approves it. If he vetoes a bill, and it's overridden, then congress has that honor.
The money is spent by whoever the bill gives the money to. Whether it's the Pentagon, the VA, or whoever, those are the agencies who actually spend it.
Your employer doesn't spend the money you get as pay.

Your political bias is making you look quite foolish.

So you're saying that what I said isn't true?
Let's look at what I said:
"Obama, as President, was Commander in Chief, and could have stopped the wars any time. Single handedly.
In fact, he did stop the war in Iraq (at least our participation.) That went well, didn't it?
"

What part of that shows bias, exactly?
While it's true that he inherited a nasty situation, how he handled it was entirely on him.

You have no idea how I feel about Obama. My feelings demonstrate how I feel with regard to those who ramble on without recognizing the mitigating factors.
Take this little list and decipher it. See who was in charge of Congress. See what actually contributed to the spending. At the same time see how budgets are formulated and who ultimately influences it. Put your political bias aside and check things out. Things are not as cut and dried as you apparently believe.

Pay particular attention to the ranking of the presidents and who controlled Congress, coupled with some knowledge of so called a******l influences. Certainly there are multiple sources to get the gist of things.

You missed the point.
Obama, like most presidents, spends a lot of money that never goes through congress, and is spent by agencies that report to the president, and no one else.. The money that does go through congress is approved by the president.
It doesn't matter who the president is, this is true.
Obama was president. Deal with it.

I'm sure the expense of our ill conceived war had nothing to do with that $20T?

An as in similar situations we had to spend our way out of a recession each time. Even under your hero raygun.

Here a nutter fact.

Congress present the budget .

Now WHO spends the money. The president or Congress. I'll be waiting to hear this one.

Here's a fact: under Obama, actual budgets were few and far between. The country ran mostly on continuing spending bills. Were you even around while Obama was president?
As to who spends the money, Obama, like Bush, rarely saw a spending bill he didn't sign. Spending bills originate in the House, but must be approved by the Senate before they go the the president to sign. Basic civics.

Whattttttt?? With a Republican Congress?? Economy in a shambles. Leftover war? What a horrible guy!

Did you miss the analysis for the contributing factors of the deficit or just grab a convenient statistic??

So, now2\, when faced with facts, there was actually a deficit?
Obama signed the spending bills, regardless of any rationalizing for why the House and Democrat controlled senate sent them to him. And many of those spending bills, while legally started in the House, actually came from the White House. or were instead spending increases by administration-controlled agencies.
Obama was far from the wonder worker you seem to think he was.

Did bammer leave a major deficit in the economy as bush did.

What?
Did you miss the fact that, under Obama, the national debt almost doubled to $20 Trillion?
Spend it here, spend it there, the end result is the same.
That debt is a major deficit in the economy.
I think what you're trying to say is a budget deficit, yes? Of course, with no budget, it's kinda hard to have an actual deficit.

Yeah, well, that's just like your opinion, man.

Anyway, I really like the idea, here.
It's perfectly OK for your man to do it, but the other guy can't, because he's not your man.
Politics, neatly summed up.

From the article:
"For Trump personally, I think it’s mostly about the deep insecurity that comes through every time he opens his mouth. It’s why he’s always telling everyone how smart and knowledgeable and accomplished he is, something that people who are actually smart and knowledgeable and accomplished don’t do."

"Eight months after the e******n, she’s still the yardstick he’s measuring himself against."

He learned that from Obama, who blamed Bush for eight years.

On a cruise, staff took photos of the guests. We were told that some of the photos would be posted in a corridor, and the guests were welcome to order prints of any of themselves that they liked.
Question: "How will we know which ones are of us?"

Incorrect, The House actually attempted to repeal the ACA about 7 times.

Depends on how you count.
If you only count v**es to repeal in its entirety, the count is six.
If you count v**es to repeal parts of it, it's over 50.
Take your pick.

Since the resolution is trying to act on alleged 'crimes,' it will go nowhere fast.
An impeachment isn't supposed to be an investigation into alleged crimes, it's supposed to be an indictment on actual crimes.
The joke here is that these alleged congresscritters don't understand the constitution they swore to uphold.
In that, they are certainly not alone.
