PhotoShop was designed for professionals, it was never meant for the casual photographer.
Try PhotoShop Elements for an easier version, about $ 60- 80 dollars.
The same people that are "Acquiring" software are using it to put a watermark on their photographs so nobody can steal them.

You can't change the inks, as stated there is a chip to prevent you from doing it.

I guess I really love those out of focus berries. To me it is instrumental in completing the background image.
I Agree,
Great use of depth of field as a compositional tool !

Or crop much tighter - these look accidental.
Yes, or crop tighter as just mentioned,
Not just the feet as I mentioned, I should have said watch all the cut offs you have, elbows, guitars etc.
Unless there is some reason for it try and include these things, it can make for an awkward border merger.
Hope that helps,
Frank

I'm a photography instructor at the local community college and still teach a film and darkroom class. We can always use good film cameras and lenses. I can also provide a donation letter from the school for tax purposes where we can use the fair market value. You can contact me off the list at; frank@itpphoto.com
You'd be surprised how appreciative and happy a worthy student can be getting a camera to use.
Thanks, Frank
With DX on D700 you reduce it to a 6mp camera.

Soon there will be a replacement for the D700 so the D700's should drop in price and then start looking for a deal.
I think you'll be happy with the 700, I've used one since they came out.
