This was an interesting conversation. After hearing how this was resolved, I will have no problem doing business with B & H in the future....

Thank you both for continuing and clarifying how this panned out...

Thanks. I'm relatively new to Elements/Photoshop, so each of the new ideas that are shared, I try to give it a shot.

Again, thanks....

Thanks Everyone....
When I went to picasa.com, the download button said XP/Vista....no indication of Windows 8.

Just downloaded it....(and currently wiping egg of my face)

Thanks again

Has anyone gotten any indication that Picasa will provide its software for the new Windows 8+ ?

Just bought a D5200 and am unsure how to manage the numbering system. Since I try to store my photos by their DSC #, the problem I'm having is since this is a new camera, it's numbering system is starting from DSC0001 and this conflicts with photos I already have stored using similar numbers.

Is there a way to massage this naming convention
e.g. DSCX0001?

Don't get me wrong, the brownie is a great camera, but I'd get the ' 'point and shoot' hasselblad as a backup camera...Just in case

Just a quick note regarding input from some of the regulars on 'kit' lens.
Thank you! Your experience and wisdom on the subject is very much appreciated. I just purchased the D5200 and had questions about the quality of the included kit lens. After reading the input provided, I feel a little better about my purchase.
