As I go through the images in this site, I have always gone to this posting. I have to ask if there was some open space behind you or did you use some kind of fill to keep it from becoming too dark?

I have only commented twice on images in this category. Many of them are so poorly done that any comment would be a waste of our time. This image, however, is a breath of life with its simplistic beauty and strong impact.

My eye enters in the lightest part of the image in the upper left as it would when you are reading a page. It then travels down the diagonal of the taller woman’s left arm. The dark green on the right stops my eye from leaving and it remains on the arm as it circles whit the other woman’s arm. With the tilt of their heads, my eye stays within the circle created my the arms and their head tilts. I feel that this image is one of the best compositions I have seen in a while and would like to see more like it in the future. great image!
