"G" is also for "great shots", Myrna. You also have a nice contrast between old and new grain storage in your photos.
Thank you. I appreciate your looking...
My sister and I have a weekly challenge and this week it was something starting with a G. Since I live in a farming community in Saskatchewan, Canada I decided to use Grain Storage as my subject. Here are a few photographs I took within a few miles of my house. Critique appreciated.

It was years ago when I saw my first field of canola. I had never heard of canola and all I could think of was "It must be mustard" - - it takes a lot of mustard to cover all those hot
dogs ! Those canola fields are memorable - nice job Myrna
Thanks for looking. There are probably more canola field than wheat in this area. I love this time of the year.

What a great way to force yourself to perhaps find uncommon items to photograph. Especially like #1.
Thank you. Yes it does force you to get out. Think about the weeks challenge. I love when the canola fields are in bloom. Makes the countryside so beautiful.

Thank you very much. Love the vibrant yellow and blue sky.
Each week my sister have a challenge to take photographs of different things. Last week the challenge was something starting with the letter F. Here are a few of the ones I took.. Farmers Field of Canola. Flax Field, and Flax flower.

Looks like she was able to fix it before time for editing ran out.
Really good photo especially for an out the car window shot.
Thanks, I didn't take the chance of turning the engine off for fear of startling the eagle. I wish the sky would have been more colorful but...... next time. Right?

Myrna, that's a very nice shot for having so little time to take it!
Very thoughtful of you as well to realize it's in the wrong section and try to move it. Keep up the good shooting!!!

Thank you, I have not been on this forum for quite a while and it has changed since the last time I used it. It is going to get some getting used to again......
I am sorry, I posted this in the wrong forum and can not seem to find a way to delete it....
I took this photo out of the car window with my Tamron Lens. This was the only one that I was able to get before it flew off. This was taken in Saskatchewan, Canada.
