Each week my sister have a challenge to take photographs of different things. Last week the challenge was something starting with the letter F. Here are a few of the ones I took.. Farmers Field of Canola. Flax Field, and Flax flower.

Thank you. Yes it does force you to get out. Think about the weeks challenge. I love when the canola fields are in bloom. Makes the countryside so beautiful.

It was years ago when I saw my first field of canola. I had never heard of canola and all I could think of was "It must be mustard" - - it takes a lot of mustard to cover all those hot

Thanks for looking. There are probably more canola field than wheat in this area. I love this time of the year.
