One of the few places left that I would like to visit before I go to meet my maker. Norway is another one. Tnx for posting.

Brings back memories. Was with the Bees in Da Nang in '68-'69. Remember watching these F4s taking off from Da Nang airport both night and day!
Thanks for posting.
Thank you for commenting sir! I know Da Nang was a very busy base ....... and more so thank you for YOUR service!
Very nice - well done. I've only seen two of these in the wild in my life. Tnx for sharing the beauty.
Wow - wish I lived where u did - luv this kind of habitat
Probably the best one I'll see all day, and even longer. Well described! Very good one.
Glad you're okay old man. Hey, ... let he who is perfect criticize you, and that's just not going to happen, 'cuz there are none out there. I had a couple of close calls, i.e., scary strong cross wind landings in a Cessna 152, and night landings with landing light off and runway lights going off on a dark night - ha ha. The Cherokee Warrior PA28-151 was a little easier in windy conditions, but oh well .......
Here's a good pilot's quote to remember: "You can be old, or you can be bold, ..... but not both" :)
Just a simple fish that makes me thankful for color vision. Been catching a lot of Bluegill and other pan fish here in the Santee Cooper area in the low country area of South Carolina, using beetle spins, small artificial lures with ultra light tackle. The fiery throat on this little Redbreast along with the greenish bluish tints just makes me ever so thankful for color vision. When God made the color spectrum he certainly knew what he was doing.
The lime green and lavender tints around the lips/eyes/gill flaps of the Blue Gill are also so beautiful.
Makes me almost feel guilty for eating them!
Well, all things come to an end; here's the last five photos from this year's car show.........
Late start today - just HAD to go fishing again this morn!
Man, u guys make my day with your ever so nice words .... tnx a million
Thanks a million to all of you for the fine comments - means a lot to this old man!
