Fun, fun, fun. 2+ weeks old to judge by some eyes not so fully open as others.

Maybe so however the challenge is Selective Focus and I am adhering to the challenge. If in the future we have a challenge that the use of the board and it's grain are appropriate I possibly will do just that. That is if I don't have the board in place already.

But what you have done is made the electric sander the important subject. Who cares what kind of a sander did the work? Unless you work for that company or store.... I'd fuzzy up the sander.

Just one for now.

To my taste I think you could more clearly bring out how sanding and finishing would enhance that beautifully grained board with all of the board in focus.

Very interesting challenge Clicker, and a beautiful starting series.

I was driving home from the tennis courts late yesterday when I saw a huge orange circle hanging about 2 degrees above the horizon. Well fortunately I had my camera in the car with the longer zoom mounted, however there was way too much street clutter and overhanging trees and power poles and lines to shoot any thing I would like so I decided to race to a hillside near my neighborhood. I only ran one red light, but I made it before the orb dropped too far below the horizon. Oh yeah, I focused on the horizon.

Ok, fess up now. How many times did you click that shutter button to get those 3 shots that make such a nice set?

Good examples jacklpine. I don't know what the flower is. Take the picture to a gardene center and they will be glad to tell you.

I don't have a printer. I'd have to email it to alternate account and go to library. & then I'm not sure I'd get a colour print. It was just too many $ for toner for the amount I printed.

Thanks anyway.

Some more close ups.

8-)

I took this close up because I don't know what the flower is. Can anyone tell me please.

(Download)

I was served this mint in a chef catered meal when the blossoms were pink. So, I went looking for the plants, but only found the blossoms past their prime.

My close up setting gives me selective focus.

I was more than 15' away, but I left the setting on close up and zoomed.

Awww, aren't they precious. I'm sure they sell there wool for various things as well.

The owner of this herd sells wool at an agricultural fair. Owners often have various items for sale in the wool too. It's supposed to be warmer than sheep wool.

Thanks
