Not knowing enough to be an expert I would think that if the results were satisfactory to the shooter what different do the settings matter? Personally I would be happy with number three, I guess that I am too easy to please

Living in the Sahara for 18 months would, for me, be a life changing experience. I can not imagine all your experiences both with the weather and the cultures. You have lots of memories upon which to reflect.

True age is not determined by the calendar but by what is between the ears. I have never considered my age when buying or doing things, eg, I am too old for this. I am 88 and until the shutdown still went to the gym 3 or 4 times a week, mainly to keep flexibility and my strength. Things I no longer do is more a lack of interest first and then the ability next, and there are things I no longer do. When living in NC and SC, I jogged a lot because the land was FLAT. After moving to AZ then to ID there are big hills all around the house, do walking was a replacement. So life dictates. There are three men my age who are gym members do I am not unique.

I flew them in the Navy’s gunship squadron HAL-3. The squadron was commissioned and decommissioned in VN, whose main function was supporting the riverine forces, but we supported army spec ops when scrambled, and lots of others. There were nine detachments through out southern VN guaranteeing scrambling in five minutes, do we got lots calls. Best bunch of troops I served with in my 27 years.

The nice part is each photo is an original never to be repeated. Great job!

I am 88 and I saw that trick 75 years ago. I am surprised it got lost in time. In Europe they have bidets, but I have only seen one in the US. When living in Spain my parents came for a visit . My dad was curious and gave it a try and got squirted in the face.

My simple opinion: is the picture pleasing to the eye and perhaps informative such as places I will never see, birds, flowers animals in the wild, etc, but mostly how long I look at the picture to enjoy it rather giving it a glance or two.

I had a similar one on my Sony RX 100IV. I put a fresh battery in, mine goes through batteries quickly, did a reset and all is fine. It this message may occur for other reasons. I did not have a low battery warning.

It is Apple software with the latest version of Mohave and
I also have Elements 2019. Both are affected. I will contact Apple support. Thanks for that suggestion

What happened occurred during the two days the computer was off. I suspect an Apple update which has messed things up before. I tried silkypix once and it worked/didn’t work. Patience is a virtue. Thanks agin getting me to the right place/right topic.

I had not taken any photos for several days, and did so yesterday with my OM-5. I lit up the Apple Air, put disc in and saw the image in the upper right corner and clicked on it, and saw the images on the screen,
LPG and ORG. Now the fun begins. The JPEGs will not open, the ORFs will kind of. I can save the ORG as a TIFF duplicate which was the only supporting edits. Well, OK. Got the TIF.F edit screen but the sliders won’t move. Neither image could be saved as taken. Tried the disc on my wife’s MS10 which worked fine.

Let’s try my Sony RX100RXIV. Shot a LPG and a raw. The Apple said can not import. Adobe said, no valid files found and not supporting 16 layers.

OK how about the Fuji X-T2. Apple can not open the LPG or RAF, Adobe can not open LPG, but open RAF but not save it.

This is the first time this has happened. My one salvation my be on a 17 inch apple I bought at the computer repair store with the Sierra OS. I ordered a card reader to use.

Any thoughts?

Simply go to buttons, chose f2, chose tele- converter. I use it on stills, some landscapes to get good focus. If you use it enlarged, that is what you when you push the button. No I don’t post, just take pictures for me. I enjoy seeing them on UHH. I don’t get around much at 87, but keep trying

It was a video by Bob Trec called Olympus OM - M10 II for beginners part 2. There were a few other tips, not in the manual in some of his other videos on YouTube. As a side note I look forward to your comments on issues
