I think it's a lovely landscape. The structures are awfully small and I wish I could see them better but that does not diminish my appreciation for the concept of the photographer to have them minuscule and dwarfed by the natural elements. The subdued color palette is very effective (bright colors would overwhelm the small structures). The composition is very appealing - Rule of thirds-style, with foreground, mid ground and background all full of interest and overlapping. I am always very fond of matching "puzzle pieces" - shapes that echo each other in some way - and the reeds or oats on the lower left have the same shape and tone as the dark cloud formation in the upper right. This pulls the image into a cohesive whole even though the structure elements are small and spread out.

There is a little noise that should be dealt with somewhere along the line. And there is some loss of detail in processing in things like the weeds and dune edges (wonder if Topaz is involved?). But as lovely as this is, it deserves to be framed, so even if it takes reprocessing to get some of the little kinks out, it is worth it. I think it would be very nice as a canvas print.
