Go to the Photoshop preferences tools section and check the overscroll box. You will then be able to move your image around your workspace.

You could save your money by using the dot tune method. Very easy and fast. Just google dot tune focus.

I am also using Outlook 2007 and when I have problems, which are few, I go to the control and click uninstall program, Microsoft Office Professional 2007. You will be given a choice to repair. Click on it and see if that helps your problems.
