all 3, but especially the last train
this is a beautiful picture!
for me, the smiles, ooohs and ahhhs are the bonuses!
people: young, old, new, happy, sad; one and all. i also like to do scenery and animals when it strikes me.
st.peter, do you have pictures posted?
for some reason, my reply didn't post with this. i 'borrowed' and tweeked your original, removed the fence. i loved the original, but the fence, not so much. when i removed it, i said "what if". hope you don't mind
I really, really like this. it reminds me of the church i grew up in
hope you don't mind, but i borrowed and tweeked one of your, oh, and removed the fence. i really liked the original as well.

you are so welcome! i've enjoyed what you have up here. i always enjoy input from others; it helps me grow as a photographer
i've never been to creston. may have to put that on my list of places to go. been to sevier county (gatlinburg, etc), tn abt 2xYr past 20+ yrs, think i know the roads as well as a local. lol. do you have a facebook page or another page where you have more of your work? i'd love to see it!
i thought i was familiar with it, but on closer look, it isn't where i thought it was. it looks VERY similar to a barn in cades cove, tn. the truck is in gatlinburg, tn on roaring forks motorway, the homestead is in cades cove, sepia snow scene is in oxford, al.
generally, in snow, fog, or sun flare a sepia treatment doesn't work usually work unless you either over compensate for the 'blowout' or if they are 'framed' (see snow scene in sepia).
i love the barn, especially the b/w version. it reminds me of edison's black mariah. kinda apropro, huh?
love the b/w (did you see the big buck that frequents the stream there).
2nd picture had a whole lot of sun flare that detracted from it, but 3rd had great use of lighting. i've added some that i have taken.
