As an aside, conventional duct tape, applied to galvanized ducting, will, over time, fail to adhere. One hundred percent of the time….

Well, here in the deep south…(south california) currently paying $2.79/gal; years ago, after hassle with another vendor, I BOUGHT the tank and started doing business with a local vendor…use it for hot water and laundry, service is A1 and I never have a problem any more…at least with gas…

All the foregoing notwithstanding, irfanview is a perennial treasure for most, and should be downloaded without a second thought! The more you use it/play with it, the more dandy features you will find…

My take: if the battery has a “bottom seam” on the can, it will eventually leak.
Batteries that have a one-piece can are much less likely to wreck your stuff!

Slightly off topic; recommendation:
If you have a beloved scanner that was obsoleted by lack of drivers, or you want a potential performance improvement over the driver you have, investigate VUESCAN by Hamrick software as a potential solution. For me, it resurrected an “ACER PRISA” scanner, and now I love it all over again!

Spring has sprung (down here) and to be honest,
over the wet and cold winter months I wasn't brave enough
to get the mower out of the garden shed very often... well
just plain often... would you believe not often at all.

Anyway, the sun is shite and briny, and the "lawn"
has become a mini meadow. So I'm in two minds...
does one keep the "meadow" and forego the lawn,
or get the mower out?

a little lamb will deal with it...and then dinner...

Maybe Joe Manchin needs to be reminded that there is no real need for him to remain in congress if his daughter is going to persist in ripping off the body politic…

Policy shmolicy! All other issues aside, the supreme court is at mortal risk, and that is reason enough to deny, degrade and ultimately indict and imprison the truly d********g Clinton criminal! If I could write this in 45 point caps, I would!

COSTCO sells tubes made by FEIT; I am changing over by basement lighting as the regular fluorescent tubes fail. They are very bright, and they have worked fine in all my fixtures except one; when I run out of fluorescent tubes to feed that one, I will replace it with a complete FEIT fixture, if I can still find them...

These 3 pictures are of a Roma Tomato from 1 of the plants growing on our patio. It's about 2½" long. Several of them exhibit the same problem. Do any of our agriculturally minded Hoggers have any idea what's going on with this fruit?

A good source (at least it works for me) of the calcium is the chalk they use to mark athletic fields…it doesn’t take much…while you’re at it, if you have a white fly problem, get a bag of ‘worm castings’ and mix some of that with your soil; it’s a good nutrient, and it works like magic preventing white fly damage…I get it at the county farm supply store.
