Try Faststone, which is free and quite remarkable for the price. If you take your time to examine it, you'll find an amazing number of features. Google it.

I actually like Topaz DeNoise. But when I accepted the last PS CC 2015.5 up grade for some reason it "decommissioned" my version and inserted Version 6 ( which I had a trial version of on my computer but had not yet paid for). And for some reason the version I have will not re-load. Soooo! I thought while it looks like I need to buy new software I might as well look at what everyone is using these days.
I appreciate you taking the time to reply and offering you suggestions, much appreciated.

You should be able to enter your serial number into DeNoise6 if you have one from an earlier version. Topaz never charges for updates and can supply the number if you haven't recorded it someplace. I might suggest uninstalling any version on your computer and reinstalling v.6. It's darn good software and you have a short learning curve to use it.

Since I don't know how you captured this image nor how you processed it, I didn't want to choose. But I would prefer to see more of the shadow detail to give it depth. The entire idea of HDR is to capture the entire contrast range thru bracketing and then through post processing, use the best exposure compilation to compress the image to produce an image on your monitor that minimizes blown highlights and blocked up shadows. Your picture! You get to choose the results by manipulating the controls. Whatever, you have got some good material to work with here.
