The summer has arrived in northern Ireland ! The past few days have been warm and sunny with temp. in mid 20s it is 10.30 am - its 18 d grees and rising with a lovely soft breeze . People are running about in T shirts/shorts topless (men) at the moment but it is prudent to be prepared and carry a light jacket . As I live near the Mourne mountains there is a saying among the locals that if you can see them (mountains) it is going to rain & if you can't see them it IS raining ! Hope you enjoy your trip and give us a shout in 'the North'

Maybe I have got it wrong but i thought UH was all about photography . In the army i was told talk about anything except politics and religion as if you do it usually ends up in a fight - which you are doing with words on line !
Lovely -- but-- water reflects the sky color -- tooooooo much PHOTO SHOP in my humble opinion . Composition very nice .
Great close up shots - you have got them good 'in camera' never mind post processing ! If there are any camera clubs near you I would advise you to join as you will learn a lot from other peoples images , critique from judges in competitions etc . And the 'craic' is mighty ! You have a good ' eye' which is a great start and when you up-grade to a DSLR you will find you can do a lot more with your photography -- good luck and dont forget--- ' keep shooting'
Could you send some of that over here - its cold and wet , and we are in mid Summer !!!!
