I mixed up 3 essential oils: lavender, thyme, and tea tree, 10 drops of each, and rubbed it on the soles of my feet. Also VitaminC 1 gram couple of times a day, Wobenzym N for the inflammation, and inhaled basil and marjoram essential oils. I used aloe vera gel to soothe the itch. It started to get better so quickly that even though I'd gotten a prescription from my doctor, I never picked it up. It never got to the painful part. My doctor asked, "How do you know it's shingles?" so I sent him a photo. Yep. I just thought this might be useful information, in case someone doesn't want the vaccine."

I would put a lot of faith in the remedy. I use essential oils every day. Much better than loading up on pharmaceuticals.
