Beautiful, I haven't had to many hummers this year, but one has been darting about after my dogs collar the last two mornings, of course it is red, I am going to be ready for him tomorrow!

I love my Nikons I have a D700 and a D90 prefer my D90 for comfort, I have thin hands and wrists and the D700 with the battery pack is just to heavy for hand held shooting for me. But love the camera. I had a D70's to start and loved the camera handed it down to my daughter. When I graduated from a simple point and shoot I had a Panasonic and still wish I had it, wow I loved that camera but gave it away when I got the 70's series of Nikon.

Oh my, my choice of camera was by some research, but when I went to purchase I just liked the feel one over he other. Maybe not the best reason for choice. I have discovered that when I am out shooting that one brand over the other "Nikon vs Cannon",I have actually had shooters turn their noise up to me. I just love shooting and admiring everyones shots, no matter the brand. I do love my Nikons, maybe the knowledge I've gained and still learning so much, but I still stay open to the possibilities of all.

Nice shot, I think this is one that would be a individual choice. I like all three for different reasons. I lean toward the artistic side of photo's my husband technical, so we get pleasure for different reasons in our photo's.

I like them both for different reasons. I am a romantic and love the first one because it brings about good thoughts and the second one as a beautiful sunset or rise.

Before I got into the Nikon's I had a panasonic, absolutely a fabulous camera, I handed it down to my daughter and honestly she and the camera produce great photo's the camera had a excellent zoom. I took lots of sport shots that parents were thrilled with. I recently recommended the camera to my brother for his wife, she wanted a little more camera with a view finder and she is extremely happy also.

I will look at the Nikon filter, I have 3 lens that I would like to buy filters for. When the lens were purchased I was asked if I would like filters as a bonus for a small additional cost. Inexperienced I accepted, I would be ashamed to send what I received with a $2000 lens. What a joke, they are junk.

I am considering a warming polarizer, what if anything does this do to white? Worried about the dress.
