Two photos.....one with the shapes of the figures, and one without. Which do you like best?
Oh, I forgot to mention that my son took both of these!
I prefer the second.
For me, the figures in the first need to either be better exposed or be true silhouette.
2nd one for me 2 the sun is lovely as its setting
Yes I agree with hlmichel. Beautiful!
There are lots of reasons to like them both. While #2 is a great landscape shot, #1 is a much better inclusion in a shoot for a romantic folio
I agree that the first one needs to be silhouetted better but I like the people in the shot better than not...so if that was fixed; #1 would be my choice.
Gorgeous photos - what a beautiful setting. You have to look a few seconds to realize exactly what the figures are, so I would suggest lightening them up a bit.
Man....that #1 was an AMAZING shot...so nice...IF there had been a bit of fill flash that would have been a wall mural.

I prefer # 2 simply because there is nobody in it. :D
After studying them for quite sometime. I would say without the couple.
OK, I took the photo and lightened up the figures a bit........till they started to deteriorate and this is what I came up with. Do you like this one better?
Thanks for all your comments, I learn a lot from you all.
B :-}
I agree, that a fill in flash would have been a good thing to do on this photo, but it's to late now!
I like them both, ;) just my opinion but.....I don't like the photoshopping you did with the couple ONLY because in my minds eye, I saw their back towards the camera. As if they were looking at the sunset & someone was taking their picture & I like that version better :)

I likr #2 the best also. Center figure is blocking the view. Thanks for pictures.
