Again, not a bad subject to bring up, because look at the debate sparked and the wealth of information and opinions we may can take from this one statement. Thanks, and never worry about speaking what's on your mind. If this forum is doing what I assume it's designed for, then it should be welcomed. :)I would have said under expose, but now I have new info to look at and I appreciate that info and the opportunity to read it and think about it, even possibly change the way I do things.

Glad you shared. This is the first I had heard that one well known book says under expose and Scott Kelby says to over. I would have to say that from my experience under has been easier for me in post, but as ALWAYS...opinions come out when discussing almost ANYTHING. No big deal! Most of us are here to learn and share, so we really shouldn't take anything to the point of being too critical of one another. Thanks for your share! :)

I would look up Pic Monkey and install it, then add the upgrade for $5 a month, which then includes the airbrush tool. Apply to the skin just very lightly to cover the discoloration. (It allows you to adjust opacity with sliders) Super easy! If you are not looking to learn more software tools then something simple such as this would be plenty and you could play with several effects for the photos too. Perfect for beginners to play or just for anyone that wants to "help" their pics a little or even change them drastically, but very easily. Good luck...ahh, I just noticed you mentioned Photoshop, so yes clone tool would be perfect if you have that! :)

I am certainly NOT FORCED, I have chosen to be here! I am here to gain information, but I feel it is sad that so many people have to be rude in their comments and in giving out their opinions, and/or advice! I just don't think it is a welcoming and friendly environment. I am NOT use to seeing it negative to this degree on many other forums. It would be nice to have a pleasant atmosphere to learn, because there is some valuable information here.. No problem though, I can overlook it all and read what I choose and move on! Just a mention I felt was noteworthy! Happy New Year to everyone... :) Enjoy your arguments and petty sarcasm if that's just what you enjoy...to each their own. :/

Dropbox is indeed a great way to go, but I do not understand why you can't just size it in Picasa and send it as an attachment in your email. It may take a while for you to send a large file, depending on your computer, but should still be able to work.

LOVE HOW THIS FORUM HELPS PEOPLE ACCOMPLISH NOTHING BUT DISAGREEMENT! This is the most catty, bitchy, profession I have ever seen. I feel sad it's my chosen one, quite often, because of so many people like this.

You know what? The day you each and everyone first picked up your camera and started playing around, you certainly VERY LIKELY didn't think that people would be so jaded and exhausted with the "same stupid questions everyone once had!" I feel sure she asked, because she/he does know very little about it and just needed a kind reply sending her in the right direction. I don't think that ANYONE that is serious about picking up and learning the craft of Photography will remain "LAZY FOR LONG, if even that is the case!" It's not possible. We each have to find our own way and it would have been just as simple to say...you will find all those Basic questions answered for you in your Manual. Try that out and try Google or Youtube and see if you can rectify your issue in those ways. If you still can't come up with any answers come back by and we will see if we can help you figure it out." Thanks for dropping by, but to really learn, I suggest you seek out those answers for yourself, because often times it is different for different cameras and you really need to learn your way around your camera. I feel sure you will find the answer. There is a wealth of information in the Manual and youtube! Thanks! The easiest answer if you are THAT IRRITATED, SIMPLE...DON"T ANSWER AT ALL...instead, do something productive and go match your bra and panty set your wearing tomorrow! I see so many of these sarcastic answers in this forum it makes me want to delete it, because there are SO MANY OTHERS THAT HELP THE PEOPLE THAT ASK!
