http://phototube.info/PhotoTube is a website dedicated to photography videos containing tips for producing HDR, infrared, landscape, portrait, flash, macro, night, and product photographs.
Faux HDR created using Adobe Photoshop and Photomatix. Five exposures were created from the original RAW file using Photoshop then combined in Photomatix. It has a foreboding mood enhanced by the leading edge of a thunderstorm in the upper portion of the photograph.
Here is a link to how I created the exposures from the RAW file and merged them into an HDR:

Original photograph. The light was extremely flat due to overcast skies. Settings: f/11 1/125 sec. ISO 400 18mm. I think my lens hood combined with the wide angle caused the vignetting.
Five (5) exposures were created from the RAW file then combined with Photomatix to create the HDR version.
I'm a photography instructor at two colleges in South Florida teaching digital photography techniques, concept development, desktop publishing, website design, application quality assurance, and project management.
My main interests are HDR and infrared photography.
This looks like an extremely active photography forum and I'm looking forward to joining the discussions.
