No matter what you agree on, printing the photo to actually achieve what you did is another exta hairy furball. And as cheap as he sounds he might try to print your work AT HOME.

A not to technical discussion is found here

http://www.cambridgeincolour.com/tutorials/RAW-file-format.htm

Also CURREY PHOTO has the understanding also. Shoot RAW and JPEG. You need more memory cards, but you will be much happier always having the original file to work with.

Maybe photoshop has a fungus tool. Better than paper weight.

I tried years ago to put games on a disc to take to family gatherings and just never worked. It's like putting an old hard drive in a new system. Easier to just copy all the data to the new hard drive. Windows has always been the mystery dog in the PC world. Old Bill never gave all of it out at once. Made more money for him that way. These days I keep ours simple, so I can fix it.

P/G57,

Do you have this shortcut on just one PC or several. If one, your registry knows the external drive. Just curious

Winning pics 2 and 3 had blown out highlights. The winner was a great sgot, but your tech image should have been in the top 3. Contest are like comments and that is all I'll say on that.

Great way to show the real perspective, but limited use, IMHO, would prove best in each story or shoot.

Would cause confusion for sure, but software just sits till you call it, install editor on each device. You will save frustration cells

Shoot Canon with CF cards. Been formatting after ever download for 10 years, not one image lost in all that time. Be sure to format in camera and not from PC.

Use this example I read. Say you are on a beach with an island in view. You may want f22 to be sure all is in focus. So you set aperture to f22, but you may want to get a slower shutter to create the right water flow. So turn your shutter and look at the exposure changes. If the light available is good you may get the combination you want.

By using either aperture/shutter priority the camera will change for the best exposure.

Hope this helps
