The gun "conttol" is crap, that's what is wrong.
There is no central data base to speak of and the one that exists is just full of holes. It all differs from state to state. There is need for central/ national control ...a single approach for every citizen of The USA not, "in this state we do this...)"

Hi British citizens,
You can't dictate to a country that is out of your jurisdiction. You have no rights and no leverage over the mindset. It's frustrating yes but all as you will achieve is higher blood pressure and a totally unnecessary and unfounded dislike for your cousins. We don't want that. A Scottish chap had a real go at me the other day reading someone else's post.....it can be too easy to blame on a forum and fuel non-necessity.
I saw the first of the funerals today, little girl and a smashing little chap. Oh boy..... something needs to change but UHH isn't it.

Hi John,
On older Metz guns the trigger voltage was in the 100's and would damage the modern DSLR. Your hotshoe is at 5v so should be fine. If you are still concerned use the PC socket.
Take care

Since the presentation of statistical data has begun, please give this a viewing. It is produced by the CDC and FBI.

Perhaps we in the us and even the entire world need a full houseing cleaning of our entire life style. How many want that to happen?

Perhaps we can out law all of the causes shown on the chart and be all means lets do it world wide, so that non are excluded.

If you have the time could you give a link to that chart? Remind me to cancel my next doctor's appointment. :|

Off topic, I know, but I remember reading somewhere that 10% of the time you see a doctor he/she can do something for you, 10% of the time you will die whether you see one or not, and the remaining 80% of the time you will get better without seeing one.

I do not vouch for those percentages, just something to chuckle over. Maybe. 8-)

Wake up you will have about as much success in stopping wars in the world as getting your hand guns under control. If you ever do there will be more guns in the usa because it will be more money in it for the groups that wait on the side lines . Just for such a thing to happen, they will be smuggled into your country by the thousands . And sold ten times for what
There worth . The bad guys will be laughing all the way to the bank . Beleive it.

Hey, at least we're trying to trash it out and get some understanding.

Why is that a dated thought process? Have all the governments of the world suddenly turned good? 8-)

Our Western ones ain't too bad and I doubt we would ever see another Hitler.

It didn't keep anybody safe in Newtown did it! Ya shmuck!
It's a great tool ain't it. It leaves 30 people dead every single day in the USA. Unfortunately an extra 30 poor souls were struck down by this great tool!
I understand what you are saying but you are a little off message. Keep the guns they can be good tools but not until society accepts them as tools and not weapons of defence etc
