I also live on the 'left' coast, but in the state of Washington. We have two dandy senators up here as well. Senator Cantwell I can stomache. Senator Murray is another story. She was the one that Osama bin Laden had done so much for the school children in his country. Kind of tells you where her 'head' is.

Hillary isn't going to need to have anyone ruin her reputation. She did a pretty good job of it herself with just one statement. "We have four dead Americans. What difference does that make now?" I wish she had been standing in front of those four dead American's families when she said it. I think she may have found out right away what difference it made.
Just a little note. The Columbia River is not Oregon's. It is the border between Oregon and Washington for quite some distance.

For three summers in the sixties, I worked in Egegik, Alaska, which is along Bristol Bay. The mosquitoes there had to use the local airport to land. I use to swear that they could pick you up and take you around the corner. Then the big ones would come and take you away from them. We use to hope for wind. It seem to be the only thing that kept them at bay.
