Selecting High Efficiency = HEIC. Selecting Most Compatible = JPG.
I didn’t know you could do this! Thanks for posting!
I just noticed yesterday while going through my photos in photoshop that the iphone photos saved as HEIC files. Once I hit save file in photoshop, it was converted to a JPEG. I found this purely by accident while editing a few photos. Not sure if this helps you at all but if you have photoshop just open the file and save as JPEG. Someone else may have a better suggestion than I.
Hello everyone, hope all are doing well. It's been forever since I was on here and have moved across the pond to the UK for a few years!! Anyway, back on subject. Right before we moved from our old house in virginia I took a few shots one night of the staircase in the dark as I heard some strange noises. Thought I would see if anything popped up and low and behold, something did!! I am amazed at the shot I got and wanted to share and see what you thought!! I found a random photo of the house before we moved into it, it's a photo of a portrait above the fireplace next to where I shot the photo!! I have also added one with a white outline so you know what I'm talking about. What are your thoughts on this!?
Thank you for the info :0)
I'm looking to upgrade and have been looking at both of these. Which one would you recommend?
Not sure what I pressed there but my reply came up as if I were you!! Oops!
I am doing a shoot on Friday for a friend. She has two precious girl's, 13 months apart but they look like twins!! We are shooting at a park first with lots of trees, greenery and wooden gates. After this we are going to a playground that has a carousel and lots of bright rainbow colors. What colors would you suggest we put the girls in? White's/Darks or colors? What would work best in both situations? Thank you :D
I had this coupon emailed to me too! An hour later I got another one telling me because I had purchased X3 in the past 90 days I could get it for another ten dollars off (off the above coupon). When you get to the corel site through the above link, scroll down and on the right side there is a box telling you to sign up for deals and coupons. Enter your email and it will give you a code for another 15 off! The shipping was free too! All in all, 14.99 at checkout!!!!

LOL!!! Shame there isn't a "Like" button on here
Is this one like the Capture NX2? Looks similar, which is better?
nik makes capture nxs for nikon and uses the same point technology in both software. since you are comfortable with correl stick with it and upgrade to x4. why change horses mid stream to adobe?
Good point about changing! I know corel and have never used adobe but everyone raves about adobe products and I'm wondering if those are a better way to go with editing or if corel is basically the same? I have heard alot of good things about Nikon Capture NX too but I have never used it.

Look in the Links Section for fivedawgs post. She included a coupon for discounts on PaintShop Pro X 4.
I saw that and got the same email from corel this morning as I have the two previous versions :D Thank you though, for letting me know

Sounds like you've got yourself a neat little package there. I would think that's a great start for anyone. You might want to consider the Topaz line of plugins for Photoshop and PSP. These are some extremely well-priced powerful plugins that will help to inspire creativity in one's passion of the photographic arts.
Like the look of those!!!
