Back in the days of film, I shot an entire roll of film at the zoo and afterwards discovered that there was no film in the camera! Missed some great shots that day.

Gary, where is Rick's camera repair in Denver? I need some work done and if I can get it done locally that would be great.

Every dog I've had has been a mutt rescued from a shelter. They've all been smart, healthy and great companions. No need to visit a breeder, check out the shelters, they have the dog who needs you.

Thanks, I need to find time to go try again. Hopefully another day when the bison are feeling photogenic. They have a large area to choose from, so aren't always right near the fence.

Beautiful shots! We haven't had much winter in the Denver area, and the snowpack in the mountains is behind, too. Looks like you're doing well in that department/

Trigger finger isn't an 'age' thing. I've been getting them for a long time. I have one now that has come back twice after cortisone injections and I'm about to get another injection. The injections can last for a year or more before it comes back on me, but the last one only lasted a few months, so maybe I'll end up having surgery to fix it. I've had a number of trigger fingers and the surgery is not a big deal. It was done as an outpatient each time and after the stitches were removed I didn't even think about them again.

Can pull over to side of the road, but haven't tried to stand up through sunroof. It would get the fence out of the way, I think, but not sure of angles either. Good idea, though.
Thanks.

No Stephan, in fact all of the places near me have large signs posted telling people to stay away from the fences. The place where I took this picture is a National Wildlife Refuge and it has an area that is dedicated for the bison. There is a road that goes through it and people are not permitted to get out of their cars because there are no fences except to surround the whole bison area but nothing to separate the people from the bison who are allowed to wander the entire area. This is in Colorado.
