Last night, Rachel Maddow was musing aloud that maybe Trump didn't want the presidency and that's why he made such off the wall comments. Today he took it one step further by mentioning that the GOP said they would treat him fairly and left the door open to a independent run for the presidency, almost threatening the GOP. Tonight, Lawrence O'Donnell and Rachel discussed it. Neither thought he would get this far, running first for 7 months. Probably Trump hadn't assumed this either. As GOP candidates fall away, he cannot win every state.

Nobody would want him as president, he has such a thin skin and is so childish that he can't take rejection...and how would he disassociate his businesses with national policy? Already his many financial interests are shaky because they involve Muslims. He's beginning to lose business from Muslims who want nothing to do with him.

Does he want the presidency, thoughts?
