I love the window.. It's open but you can't peep in :-) It's got a very dramatic feel.

I think first 1 wd look better in B&W with bit more crop to fill in the face. it will serve one more purpose of eliminating the distracting orange in the left corner.
And my favorite is the 2nd one. :-)

In fact yes...
1) I understand there could be a difficulty in getting into a position wherein you could see only the reflection (assuming that's what u tried to capture) . but you could crop more/zoom in to focus on the primary subject. e.g.
taken in Chicago downtown.
