I'm glad my business is only open in the summer. If we had snow like that I'd be watching TV all day. Down in southern NJ 4 inches of snow is a lot, and luckily don't get it that often.

Airline electronics damaging camera equipment?

Another idea, get a hard case for the camera equipment if you are going to put in the overhead. If you have the space in the bag, put a little foam around it.
