I chase and photograph eagles a lot. If it's an eagle that is resident, stays in the area year around, they often have favorite trees that they will sit in. Now not always at the same time of day or even every day. If it is an eagle that has came to your area for the winter they can be anywhere at anytime. So it kind of depends if this a resident and was this a favorite tree or somewhere it just happened to land. Or a visitor that could be there today and gone tomorrow.
Over the years I've respected much of your advice and comments here on UHH. I do have to admit that now I have to seriously question you sanity. :) TNmike
SS, no it's not just you. I do still enjoy UHH and do still learn things here. You just have to pass on the Chit Chat stuff. Lots of very knowledged folks here you just have to spend time here and figure out who to listen to. TNmike
Steve, I really enjoyed your video. I shoot Canon instead of Nikon and have been using BBF for several years but the principle is the same for both. Just a little different in how to set your camera up. My wife has started shooting with me in the last year and all of my cameras were set to BBF so that is the way she learned and no need to relearn anything. If I told her to she had to 1/2 press the shutter button to focus she would be lost. :) We shoot mostly wildlife but not an issue with other types of photography. As others have stated it's not for everyone. TNmike
I just bought one yesterday, in fact it's still sitting in the box. After mapping will it automatically keep that choice each time u use it or do you have to set it every time?
Open Wacom Tablet Properties program, it should have installed when you set up the tablet. The go to the 'Mapping' tab. Next click on the Tablet Area and select Portion. You will then get a pop up. Adjust the corner dots to the area you want to be active on you tablet. TNmike
