Specifically, the policy prohibited non-U.S. citizens, other than the immediate family of U.S. citizens and permanent residents, who have traveled to China within the last two weeks from entering the U.S.

And it WAS r****t, because it was targeted only at Chinese nationals. US Citizens were free to travel back & forth to China, bringing the v***s with them, as were people throughout C***d-ravaged Europe. An ACTUAL travel ban (prevent anyone coming from an affected area from entering the country) might have helped. But Trump's plan was just an attack on the Chinese.
