Yes, indeed. With an adapter for EF lenses, the used market presents some VERY good bargains

I recently purchased a mirrorless (Canon EOS R10) AND a Sigma 18-250mm lens (plus adapter). The lens still sells for $200-$500 plus, but I snagged it for $103, and it’s flawless!!
