Very nice shot. one quick question. Do you cut your plant back in the fall, or leave the stems as they are? I have been cutting mine back to a few in. off the ground every fall and covering it with leaves. It has survived our nothere In. winters but makes it slow to start in the spring, my sprouts are just a few in. high now.

Love it. Would probably PP to get rid of the reflection on the sun glasses. The glasses give her a bit of an attitude and draw you right to her great eyes.

Had one around here last summer that flew between my legs a couple of times when I was out working in the yard. Wasn't sure what it was the first time, didn't see him coming. I must have been invading his territory.

I wonder if he could find a way to mount a snow blade, or other lawn care implements on it and call it landscape or snow removal equipment.

Guess you will have to make a trip back to catch that moon. (or do a little Photoshop job) Great shot. Have been in the swamps a few times and it can be very spookey at night. Lived in W.Hollywood area in the early '60s and had a neighbor that hunted snakes for local serpentariums.

Well, I guess a twisted pickle, or whatever it is, beats Marion Indiana's "painted pigs" that are on every street corner downtown! Kinda clashes with ever town in the county having a "Garfield" statue.

Hostess bankruptcy was another of many union busting tactics. They are now made by non-union labor at near minimum wage.

So, you are saying that climbing a steep hill(Y axis) will be faster (X axis) than climbing a small hill?

Fortunately we still have several nice dirt track in our area, and they are considerate enough to run on Fri, Sat and Sun. nights. Right now I am watching several inches of white stuff pile up in my driveway while dreaming about dirt in my face. There are a couple of "asphalt" tracks around too but much prefer dirt. There is and old saying that "dirt is for racin'- asphalt's for gettin' there"
Great pictures, are you using any kind of flash and what kind?

Very nice job capturing the colors of the blooms. I have had one here in Indiana for several years now that we started from a cutting. It goes out on the deck in the summer and inside in the winter. Mine is about 6' tall now and has 4 main branches with some new small branches starting off those. When we bring it in, in the fall, it drops all its leaves and starts new ones. Blooms every summer when we put it back outside.

I think you missed my original problem. I can't get both photos open at the same time. When I try to open the 2nd photo it opens in another PSP and I have 2 open with one picture in each.

Thanks Collie Lover. But I must be missing something. I have found a background that I very much like, but I am having a problem merging the two. I did a touch up on the headshot that I want to use, but when I try to open the background I want, it opens another copy of PSP/5 rather then opening on the same page so that I can create a new layer. Have tried several things but can not get them both on the same page - help, what am I doing wrong???

I was in the same conundrum with a old "Popular" handle mount flash, that I used during my old 35mm days, and was told on here that you could use an isolator to keep the flash from damaging the camera. Never did get any further with it due to some medical problems in the family but will get back to it soon (I hope)

Thanks all. May have to call on some of you from time to time. Handling the camera isn't my biggest problem, it's PP.
