Learning to drive a car you only learn WHAT to do but you don’t practice skids and slides to recover correctly!

Learning to fly is different! Multiple types of stalls are practiced religiously to learn correct recovery procedure! If practiced at low altitude or beyond recovery… you WILL DIE!

I find older people use high beams at night mostly and that makes cense, I don’t see too many cars with high beams during daylight driving.

Seems like people are more discourteous than when I was a kid (50s/60s) and I always thought there were laws!

I am in awe from this beautiful country - traveling through Island and collecting memories ...Even got to see Southern lights although did not get a very good photo ...Not much downtime but so many gorgeous sunrises and sunsets not to miss...Tonight in Queenstown I was excited to share some of the photos. tomorrow I will continue ...

IMO… everyone an absolute GEM!

I love the negative space, implied heart in the middle. Appropriate for a “new family” activity. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Was this item on major news networks? Doesn’t seem appropriate on this site.

I no longer have the print or the negative but it was a B/W picture of Bagnell Dam in Lake of the Ozarks, MO. The thing that hooked me was the tree foliage that framed the dam from a high angle. This was with a Kodak 126 Brownie camera. A memorable shot because I was only 8 or 9 when I took it. I’ve been retired for 11 years now!

The first “requirement” should’ve been for the organizer to state CLEARLY at the first announcement of the workshop that two cameras would be required! That way they would probably have fewer hobbyists send in their down payment.
