I use an Olympus micro four thirds camera and use M42 extenders and tele-converters 1.4 and 2x with a M42 to M4/3 adapter. It gets quite lengthy when you start stacking them together but it works fine. I also have a 1.4 teleconverter for Pentax mount lenses used with an adapter that works well on an old Quantaray 70-300mm lens. If you don't mind doing manual focus, there are options out there.

My wife is a gardener and a dedicated slug hunter. Today she got a bonus, a garden Snail. She captured it and brought it home for the photographer in the family!

Yes, I've run across that suggestion. I just watched an ICM video where they timed a 10 sec. image, holding still for 6 and then small brush strokes with the camera for the last 4 seconds. Produced a nice solid image and painterly colors around a Tulip. Endless possibilities and lots of fun !

Roxanne Overton's work is quite complex and polished by experience of taking thousands of images. You show some good basic ICM shots here. Keep practicing !!

The OMD EM10 Mark II is a wonderful camera. The 14-42 lens and 40-150 are very sharp with pleasing contrast and a background bokeh. I use vintage lenses a lot and this camera adapts to many brands of lenses. My computer is a Mac Air M1 with 8 mb memory and 250 gig storage so size matters. 16 megapixel renders beautiful images, can be enlarged with good results. A have a 24x36 canvas of a deer that looks great. Having good software support provided incredible sharpness and increased resolution to make up for the smaller sensor. Here are some recent shots I've taken in the last week. I am very happy with this camera and MFT system. It is small, lightweight and very capable.
The hummingbird shot was with the 14-42 lens. The deer an M.Series 75-300mm and the flower a Sigma 30mm lens. RJW

Good shots and thank you for making most of the rest of us envious. Funny how everyone wants snow for Christmas but after that all they do is complain about it. Like I do. This has been a great winter for a change. Only one cold spell of below zero temps and so far I haven’t had to blade a half mile of driveways even once. Very little mud so hauling hay has been a breeze, no frozen lambs and a good amount of sunshine, meaning fewer people with SAD (seasonal affective disorder from reduced sunlight). If this is global warming or climate change, then I like it!

Thanks for the comments. Glad your winter was good! We have rain, and rain and more rain. Next two weeks show 1-2 days of partial sun . . . and rain. Photography makes me appreciate the color that is around even though it's not coming from above. Those SAD lights are very useful. RJW
