Good thought . Today I am guilty of that a couple of times. It is rude now that I think of it. I should just comment. Thanks for the reminder.

Stevenkl,
Hi there. I recommend also a professional camera store, not Best Buy etc. I bought a Nikon 50D years ago and found it great for photos BUT now my brother gave me a telescope for Astrophotography and the D50 lacks many items which would make the photography easier. No USB port for remote shutter for sure. So talk with others here and a professional camera shop with the thoughts of what you want to take in pictures. I wish you the best.

Skip, I'm Sarge69 cuz I'm retired Army and 69 years young. VN Vet with 6 1/2 years there cuz I loved the rice and my job. Photography has always been a hobby of mine and lost hundreds of my memories when leaving VN in 1972 and the photos were stored in a VN girlfriends house that packing missed. Take all the photos you can and never destroy any of them. They're memories. I had my own darkroom and went B&W to Color Slide Printing.
Keep going and enjoy the hobby.

Howdy,
You gotta luv boats. Just sold mine preparing to go to Fl from cold NH. I got this shot on day out fishing for stripers with my son. Tall ships were in area.

What a fantastic shot. I can't say enough about it. My cat would not sit that still for FOOD.

Howdy,
To me the greens are a little bright and detract. But then again, that's me. Love the shot though.

Picture #1 - Excellent shot showing action and nearby action to come.
Picture # 2 - Seems a little crowded and it took a min to see the football being held. Then it would be great to acknowledge the player.
Picture # 3 - Nice photo of the player as individual.

Overall great shots without blurring

I' a newbie and this is my first reply to a photo question.
