Love this pic. My neighbor drives a VW bug with a sunroof and anytime you see his car his boxer is riding with his head out the top and sunglasses on. It's adorable.
I did the same thing in photoshop using layers but only did the one pumpkin, kinda makes it look like she has the magic touch for colorizing lol.
Can't say that I have but I do have a friend that lives up there and drives a semi, I could ask her if you like. Wow! I just Googled it watched a couple videos on Utube and read this story. Fascinating. Not sure if I'd be brave enough to try the river though lol. Very cool thanks for the info.

Ya I guess I am new lol. I've only been here a couple of days but it already feels like family :) Quite honestly I think I found this site by accident... or maybe it was fate. Either way.. I'm not going anywhere now lol.
Welcome .. sounds to me like you are gonna fit right in lol.
Welcome ! Love that first shot lol made me laugh
Welcome ... those are some great photos :)
Looks like we were almost in the same spot :)
We lived on the island for 4 years so I have thousands of pics. :) You should also think about driving around the West Maui Mountains. There is a place there called the Blow Hole and there is some gorgeous scenery on the way.
Pretty good I think :) but I'm biased lol. The best sunsets that I found on Maui were up near Lahaina. It really depends on the clouds. There are a couple parks on the road between Maalaea (near the aquarium) and Lahaina.
My suggestion would be to go fairly early in the morning because by noon the cloud cover will hide a lot of the view of the island. There are some great shots to be had on the road up there.
Slide rule? Doesn't that have something to do with baseball? lol :)
Picasa is probably the most user friendly program. My husband is technologically challenged also and even he can use it lol. :)
