Would you mind sharing the picture? It sounds like fun.

sure. Have a go at it. I tried to put the Bighorn on / near the rocks by the orange grass on the left.
Then I tried a fox on the rocks on the side of the hill above it. The fox came out maybe 3x too large in perspective.
I gave up.

I watched a Photoshop tutorial explaining Generative Fill and the demo was really good. They added a fox to an outdoor scene, together with a reflective pool in front of the fox. Looked great.
I opened a recent photo of a lake that had a rocky background and wanted to add a big horn sheep. Generative fill kept creating a sheep but the horns were repeatedly from a Texas Longhorn. Looked funny. Even made a herd of them at one point. I asked for "Big Horn," and "Bighorn," but it always came back with sheep with Texas sized, really big horns. Try it. Let me know if you figure it out.

A really lovely mood in this fanciful acrylic-like creation. Can I ask what app or filter you used for the softness?

Edit - never mind, I just now read you said it's from a "friend."

Photo Gallery is for photos you took...per site rules.

No filters and you can remove it if you like. I use it as my desktop photo.

I skipped back to Alaska and looked for a photo I hoped turned out. This was a bucket list photo of a bear running right towards me in Lake Clark. I can't say this is exactly what I wanted, but it is as close as I got this trip.

I was not really ready for it when this bear suddenly decided to run in our direction. Due to it being overcast I was keeping my shutter speed down to keep the ISO down while the bears were not doing much except digging in the sand and mud for clams. So, when this happened I was only at 1/800 second, 324mm focal length.
I attached a screen shot of the crop. So yes it did get close, but at some point it noticed us and veered off. I have a couple more after this was taken, but they are not as good.

This means I will have to go back and work on getting the exact shot I thought I wanted...
Hope you like it.

Wonderful photo. I don't think I would've been able to press the shutter while I was wetting myself at the same time.

I hate to say this but this was the first time this year I have been in the park (and it's only a 15 minute drive!) But oh so beautiful with all the fall colors! Glad I took the drive the other day since today...it's covered in snow and the road is now closed at McDonald Lodge.

just amazing ! !
