This is Mike! He never leaves my side, my protector, my pal.
Mike is a cross between Pitbull and Mastiff, he weighs about 120lbscand is as strong as a bull. Mike has a passion for anything on 4 legs, plays with the deer and some of the other animals and dogs that wonder onto my land.
Thank you so much, your critique very enlightening. I don't no if I will ever get the chance to reshoot but if I do I will make an effort to add enough fill to treat the face properly.
I thought I picked a great day to go to the zoo, during the week, less people, Wrong! Class trips, filled with kids, had too shoot over them and thru glass, these were the only shots I could use.
I called that shot, Eye Of The Tiger.
Not sure which one I like best. Taken at Bronx Zoo. Taken with Kodak DCS Pro14n and 50-500 mm lense you guys were discussing earlier. Pick one!
Nice just as is, I don't think any other lense would have enhanced the image.
Mother and child come to visit us every Summer, usually with new offspring.
He has started traveling but always returns.
He just stood their until I handed him his chicken, then he turned and ran with it. He was 1 of 4 living under my shed but he was the only one taking the food, I believe he was feeding the others.

I personally like it a lot and was immediately attracted to it. I'm wondering what it might be like with a little bit of reflected light on the subject's right side?!
It was a planned shot just caught him walking in a door. I would love to take a formal portrait of him.
Thank you, glad you liked it
Shot at flea market, this genteman came walking in and I was able to grab quick shot at doorway. What do you gentlemen think, was told you are the Portrait Pros!
