Awesome photos, especially for the challenges you had!

Aww. Sweet new one, and so sorry to hear about your older one.
My older was Daphne, my eight year old kitty, a couple years ago,( I still miss her) and my new one is Violet, my first dog.

Hi. Love those shots! Is the third one taken on a miniatures mode! It's amusing, I like it. Ways to contain the kids or grandkids, huh?
Lorima,
Wow! You could make a perfect winter scene postcard out of that! Nice shot!

Awesome photos! Love the sharpness and detail. That is one well-fed bird! I guess he's always there early to get the worm.

Thanks for sharing Brent. Interesting patterns! I like the textures file idea. Sorry to hear they asked you not to take photos, and even kicked you out, their loss. Who knows, maybe if they had been more accommodating, they would have gotten some good publicity from them

I remember seeing that collage.com creates jigsaw puzzles from your photos. I have no ideas how good they are. Vistaprint.com also does them.

Dennis,
First thank you for your service to our country!
Also, amen for having the same respect and regard for those here at home, who serve as all our first responders! Couldn't have said it better myself!
Thank you!

Huey,
Thank you SO MUCH for sharing this link. I did forward it. NO truer words said, or better expressed! My uncle(my mom's sister's husband) came back from WW2 with deep depression and PTSD, and at one time had to have electroshock therapy to help him. I could NOT STOP crying! In fact, I'm tearing up just writing this. I know of NO words to adequately express the pride and thankfulness I feel for our servicemen and women, and their brave protection of our country and freedom! My parents were both in the Air Force in WW2, stationed in Washington DC, which is how they met,(my mom from Kansas, my dad from California) and were very proud to have served our country.

The truck photos are awesome! I love classic trucks myself! Thanks for the ideas too. I had not even thought about salvage yards until it was mentioned. Yes I have be given lots of options.
Thanks everyone, much appreciated. I know my coworker, Miguel will appreciate it too!

I recently went on a daytime photo excursion with a co-worker who also enjoys photography. He has eye for, and enjoys black and white photography, and likes to photograph trucks(passenger and semis. I was just trying to come up with an interesting place to go next time, where there would be lots of trucks(last time we went to the Pismo Beach, CA Monarch Butterfly Grove). When I Googled for a possible location idea, all it came up with is Budget, UHaul, rental places, and yes I know we could go to car lots, but was hoping to come up with a more interesting idea than that. Anybody have any location ideas?
Thank you,
