I've done a number of maternity shoots and I'm always a little disappointed when the women want to do very clothed shots so that we can't even see the belly exposed. To me there's something very beautiful and innocent about a bare pregnant belly!
This was our 2nd session and this week or next we're gonna do the mother/infant shot as a B&W bodyscape which should be very unique if I pull it off as I'm planning!!!

As has been said, no RT built in on ANY Canon camera.
I know this is of little help to you and I understand why people buy Yongnuo, I looked st it pretty hard myself because of the cost savings.
In the end I decided to go all Canon with both the trigger and the flash. Some of my shooting is professionally and I could not be in a jam. So with the Canon gear I can call Canon and they solve any problems that arise. They can’t help if I’m mixing in 3rd party equipment.
To offset costs I took my time and looked for good deals on used gear.
Like I said, doesn’t help you any..., so good luck and again, welcome!
