If you are going to buy an FX camera why not buying it now? If you are not don't use FX lenses.

My advice came from MT shooter. He said I may buy a full frame camera in the future, which I did. That was good advice he gave me.

I would like to hear comments from folks who own snow blowers re brands and models. Wondering what works best. I have owned a 5hp 24inch Ariens for 13yrs and the verdict is it can't do the job here in the mid-Atlantic region, 30 miles from the ocean. The Shute gets clogged and then I'm spending more time clearing it than if I were to shovel it. I read somewhere that an upstate NY Husqvarna owner praised the model he has which handled a large wet snow fall without clogging. Any comments on brands' quality and how they performed will be appreciated. I want to buy a make/model that will do the job.

Lowes have many different makes. I choose an Aierns 28" snow blower. They are built strong and I think they are the best after comparing different models. They are built in Northern WI. so they are tested in snow country. Like others have said, spray the chute.

I do have the manuals but no help. I asked my neighbor he is good with hydraulics. He thinks it is a restricted hydraulic line being it happened all at once. He said he would look at it in the spring. I changed the filter but that didn't help. Thanks for your help.

Humidity is worse than the cold for me. There are only two places in the 50 states that never froze. Lowland in Hawaii and the Florida keys.

You got me beat by 5 years. Isn't old age wonderful if you have good health and you can still do most things.

I like 4 seasons. Winter is my favorite season. Fresh air is good. Hearty nice healthy folks. Clearing snow is fun on a ATV especially if you have a long driveway. Don't like shoveling.

No, sorry, these are Gadwalls. They are closely related to the Mallards and American Black Ducks so the mistake is common. Nice shots!

I agree. I have a photo of every species of ducks in our area except a black duck.

Very nice pictures. I've been to Bisbee AZ and Bisbee ND. Nothing much to see at Bisbee ND.

I was supposed to get some packages delivered yesterday (No, nothing photographic), but with over seven inches of snow, UPS got slowed down to the point that he never got here. I got messages from both Amazon and UPS telling me that he might be delayed. Then I got messages that he was delayed - till today. It was dicey driving my little Honda Fit, but starting and stopping a big UPS truck on slippery roads must be a real challenge.

Big rigs you drive like you don't have brakes and steer as little as possible. Like riding a bicycle.
