I just purchased from BuyDepot.net for $50.99, free shipping, since Costco was out.
It is out of stock. I tried about 8:30 EST. :-(
I have used Pentax cameras since film days. Took a break for a number of years and back since 2010. Most folks use Canon and Nikon and may not be aware of the Pentax DSLR lineup which are feature packed and reasonably priced. Full frame has been announced as well. All Pentax lenses including legacy manual lenses will work in all Pentax modern DSLRs. That means lots of great old glass is available- ebay, estate sales and in the Marketplace at pentaxforums.com. I cannot due justice to the scopeof the forum- reviews, great photos, articles, etc.
You are correct. But I didn't post them here until this past June. Thought your name was familiar!

drharveys, Are you a member of Chester County Camera Club? It's a great group.
A warm welcome to the new UHH member. Good to have you aboard.
No, I am not a member- last time I checked meetings were Tuesday evening and I see clients then.
However, we get to Longwood several times a month and I posted some shots on this forum from an educational outing, "Longwood at Dawn". They were posted 6/24/15.
I was born and raised in Philly and am now in Chester County. Where are you?
Welcome from West Chester PA!
I have a K-50 and have not had any issues with old Pentax lenses- M42 screw mount and manual. I set up to use the green button to stop lens down on non-A manual lenses when the setting in Custom menu 4, #22 Using Aperture Ring is set to option 2
Look at pentaxforums.com for tons of info about use of legacy Pentax lenses on modern DSLRs.
Look at BOS strap. Locally made in Boston. Very comfortable slude strap that leaves tripod mount free. Very secure attachment to camera.
I've used LR since LR3. It can be frustrating and I've had moments where I had what felt like chest pain when images "disappeared" for awhile till I figured it out. Join lightroomforums.com. the folks that run the forum are experts and very passionate. All of your questions get answered by people who really know the program and no question is dumb. Started by the Lightroom Queen, Victoria Bampton. Once you understand the relationship between the database and your images it beconex easier. It is powerful but you don't need to be a master.
Try Fahrney's in DC. GREAT WEB SITE and huge selection.
Thank you- the little kids around us were creeped out by these very cool moths.
Great images, Jean. A while ago my wife alerted me to what we thought was a hummer. Took a bunch for 1 or 2 keepers. This one shows the amazing ability of the moth to blend in. It sat there for awhile.
