Got in the wings diffuser and thought I would try it with macro.
5Dmk2, 100mm f2.8 IS macro, 580EX flash. Diffuser is very light and fits the flash nicely until you start to poke around in the bushes the wings get caught on most everything as they stick out about 9" on either side of flash. I think I will go back to ring flash. These bugs were found on kudzu vine.
SE Railway Museum yesterday. Temps soaring past 106f could nto hang on long but will return when cooler. 30 acres of railroad equipment to look at.
29 exposures! Wow you have the patience of Job. Very nice
Really nice HDR not over done!

Nice sunrise. Love to see that ball of fire over the ocean.
Really enjoy your bird shots. very interesting.
My daughter-in-law, while traveling to the government appointed place to be sworn in as a citizen, they stopped a a Cracker Barrel for breakfast and her purse was stolen with all her citizenship documents in it. Fortunately they missed my son's laptop and a gracious judge let her used the docs my son had scanned on to his laptop to complete her becoming a US citizen. It took her a full 7 years to finally become a citizen.
Who couldn't love that expression on #5 great work

Nice capture are you using your ring light or your diffuser?
I'm still using the diffuser. The ring light is 'iffy' as to whether it will fire every time, and the diffuser using the built in flash gives me more flashes more often.
Just ordered a "Wing Diffuser" supposed to split the light from 580EX in half and give similar effect as ring flash.
#1 but I really like both.
Nice capture are you using your ring light or your diffuser?
I always download from my camera and let the camera erase the card. that being said I also carry 2- 16gig & 3 -8gig in my bag. You never know........
