Two more comments. Why do dogs have such a short life compared to humans. About all they do is eat, sleep and crap. No smoking or drinking and get pampered most of the time.

Also, a guy told me one time, ever wonder who loves you more your wife or your dog??? Lock your wife and the dog in the trunk of the car for about a half hour on a hot day. Watch which one is happy to see you when you let them out!

I had to put my 2 pound, 17 year old Yorkie to sleep today. Give your pets an extra hug tonight. Can't say more because it's hard to see what I'm typing when my eyes are raining.

Sad, I feel for you.

Actually the 5 second thing makes perfect sense. An airplane drops a big crate of food to a group of people stranded on a desert island. Do the hungry people stand directly under the crate as it’s falling? Of course not because they don’t want to be crushed. So they back off until it hits the dirt and then they swarm over it. Same thing with that cinnamon roll you dropped. Whether you’re human or bacteria, self preservation comes first.

Wow, I didn't realize bacteria could think!

I have had a robo call blocker for several years now and it is fantastic. Any call that comes in rings the phone 1 time and then breaks in and says this line has a robo call blocker on it if you are a real person push # on your call will ring thru, other wise it hangs up. We get about 20 robo calls a day but none go thru. The phone also has other features such as keeping a list of these calls but we do not use any of the extras. This is an AT&T landline phone. I posted the details on here a year or 2 ago if you want to get one.

This year is a good example of what is going to (or has) happened to college sports. No loyalty to school, team, history or teammates. The transfer portal should be limited to a onetime event and athlete should have to pay back what the school has spent on him if he leaves.
I believe that there should also be a limit to how much an NIL athlete can be paid. After a certain amount, the balance is split among his teammates. Finally, a mechanism to share some of this money with smaller schools needs to be developed.
Money has been paid to college athletes illegally for years. Wait a few years when this gets to high school sports.

Kim, A fine looking Streetrod so I guess it's acceptable that it sports '33 or '34 side panels on the hood assembly. What a gorgeous background for this capture!

GREAT NEWS!

A year and a half ago I was diagnosed with bladder cancer. After three operations and treatment (and six months out from the last operation) I went in today for a checkup. As of now, I am cancer free. I had been dreading this appointment.

What a great way to start the New Year. Praise the Lord.

Fantastic. I am very happy for you.

Fantastic shots.
About 50 years ago I bought my wife a new car as a total surprise. The only caveat was that she would return the favor at a later date. I finely found my selection. Not my fault she is going to have to get a job and pay 10x more. Thats the penalty for procrastinating right?
