Thank you so much Bob. All is well here. I will be saying goodnight to Joe at midnight tonight also, but I can't visit his eternal sleeping place. It's 288 miles away.
I never did pork chops with sour kraut but it sounds mighty good. I'll be happy to share some recipes. I know how hard it is to cook for one.
